CrystalŽ Color FW is designed for quickly coloring Porcelain Fused to Zirconia restoration substructures to match the color of the porcelain that is layered on top of the coping or framework.  Rather than inventory many different colors of zirconia, a lab can mill using just one color, and prior to sintering, dip each restoration into FW fluid bath for a prescribed time.  The more concentrated the solution and the longer you dip, the darker the shade will become.

Perfect Long-Term Esthetics

Dipping the zirconia core to match the outer porcelain layer insures that there will be no white zirconia line showing as gums recede and that any delamination of porcelain that might happen over time won't reveal a whiter underlying core.  Since the zirconia is dipped and stained deeply and thoroughly, dentists can easily tell from looking at the underside that the restoration is color matched through-and-through.

Crystal Color FW is available in six different formulations to match most standard tooth colors A1-A4,B1-B4, C1-C4 and D1-D4.
