The Cercon Brain is a dental milling system which incorporates a scanner and milling solution in one box.  It will scan a wax mold, and slightly upsize it, and then proceed automatically to the milling process.  The resulting framework will then be reduced to the size of the original wax mold through the sintering process in a dental ceramics furnace.

COMPATIBILE BLOCKS: DentalZirconia.com DOES offer Cercon Base compatible blocks which are designed for use on all Cercon dental milling systems.  Blocks come in packages of 2 to 5 per box, depending on size.  Our blocks are  TRANSLUCENT YZ ZIRCONIA for a more esthetic look, and they sinter at 1350C just like the OEM products.  We provide plastic and jig for the blocks.
