Because Alumina sinters at a much higher temperature than Zirconia, our 1700°C certified Alumina crucibles are perfect for sintering Zirconia dental restorations in any traditional sintering oven designed for dental applications.

Contaminant-Free Stain Resistance

Are your Zirconia restorations being stained by the gasses in your sintering oven?  Especially as ovens get older and the heating elements start to deteriorate, contaminants are radiated into most OEM crucibles and are permanently sintered into the zirconia restorations.  Our dense round sintering trays and lids full enclose the restorations and are made of 99.8% pure alumina which provides nearly complete protection from undesired vapor condensation.

Sintering Beads

The included zirconia sintering beads provide flexible support for the changing size and density of all restorations, especially long-span bridges, during the sintering process.
